Who we are
Brisk is a web design studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@madebybrisk.com or on WhatsApp at +971 56 805 8642.
What we collect
When you use the mockup form we collect the website or social handle you enter and the WhatsApp number you give us. That is all the form sends. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or anything else at this stage.
If you go on to work with us, we will collect what the project needs — brand files, copy, photography and access to a domain or hosting account — and we will ask for each of those explicitly.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send your free homepage mockup, and to reply to you about it. We use the information for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project files are kept for the life of the engagement and for 2 years afterwards, so we can support the site we built you.
Invoices, contracts and payment records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires, currently up to 7 years, and are then deleted.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, where they came from, and whether they asked for a mockup. It sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart, and Google processes the data on our behalf. We do not use it to identify you or for advertising.
Analytics cookies are only set if you press Accept on the cookie notice. Until you do, or if you decline, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode): it sets no cookies and sends only anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers, which Google uses to estimate overall visit numbers. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page; withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@madebybrisk.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
